Overview

1. Only products purchased on https://cilrofelr.co will be accepted. If your items were purchased from an authorized retailer or other platform, please contact them directly.

2. Due to the special nature and hygiene of cosmetics, we do not accept returns for opened/used products for non-quality reasons. If the product inside is damaged after opening the package, please contact our customer service online or email us at support@sales.cilrofelr.co for help directly. Be sure to include your order number (e.g., #123456) and corresponding photos.

3.If you’re seeking a refund due to personal reasons, such as a change of preference or no longer desiring the product, there will be a 10% handling fee based on the selling costs as well as the return shipping costs cannot be refunded, unless the mistake is on our end.

4. For all bundle/set purchases, individual products cannot be returned separately for a refund. If you request a refund, all items of the bundle/set must be returned (including free gifts). And exchanges are not accepted for bundle/set.

5. For any free gift with purchase, they must also be returned if you want to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

6. The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Gift cards
• All-in gift set
• Mystery Bags
• BOGO (buy one get one) offer items
• Loyalty rewards redemption items

7. After your return has been given the green light, an email will hit your inbox with detailed instructions on where and how to dispatch the return. Kindly ship the item to the address outlined in the email and do let us know the tracking number for the return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Upon receipt, we’ll get the refund process rolling. Generally, you should anticipate receiving your refund within the span of 3-5 business days.
